This is a demo of the La Pavoni Professional Espresso machine that I have on eBay right now. This really isn’t my best barista work. The shot is a first try with an approximate grind setting, and new beans. No excuses with the milk texturing, other than the ergonomics of getting the camera shot made it different than it otherwise would have been. The video is supposed to demo a machine that I rebuilt, but I’m ending up a bit self consious of my barista skills here because I usually do much better work…
